As the product of the Phoenix Liber Project is intended for the global market, the expected minimum profit for the owner of this NFT, following the sale of all NFTs from the Liberation Mechanism, amounts to One Billion Dollars ($1,000,000,000).
(This profit will be generated through the sale of the Liberation Mechanism NFTs: The total supply consists of 10 billion NFTs at a value of $20 each. A Smart Contract on the blockchain will ensure that 2% of every Liberation Mechanism NFT sale is automatically transferred to the owner’s account.)

Project Transfer Guarantee (Proof of Intent)

Should the owner of this NFT choose to take over the project within the 7-day period, they must transfer the NFT ownership back to the creator, along with all associated, unchanged rights to the NFT. The creator reserves the right to withdraw 50% of the total funds held in the Phoenix Liber Project account at the moment of handover, as a reward for developing the project to that stage.
The new owner assumes the project in the exact phase it is in at the time of the takeover. They are obligated to manage the project according to the established Phoenix Liber Project plan.
If the funds required for the construction of the Liberation Mechanism are successfully raised and this NFT remains unsold, the NFT will remain the property of the Phoenix Liber Project and will serve the community by repurchasing NFTs.
